To start the place was nice just needed some dusting and minor maintenance. The ceiling fans were still covered in dust as well as the air registers all of the door knobs were loose or missing parts or hardware loose hardware and bathroom towel holder the chairs in dining area we’re very worn in a couple missing broken The games in the basement where broken the hot tub did not want to stay hot as well as the basement heat would not heat the area it was very cold in the basement If the basic maintenance and cleaning were corrected, I would stay again, although the house was smaller than picture as well as a shovel and rock salt should be provided in the winter

Cozy place

We like the place and definitely would love to comeback. However the host didn’t mention that we need to provide all guest full names during making a reservation. The host insisted to provide all guests full names including minors saying that it is required at the check in and valid IDENTIFICATION is required for all. I am surprised that how the minors would have identification. And at the actual location, we have to provide only the vehicle information and driving person. This is something we didn’t expect. I did provide only first name but owner insisted to provide full names. We are good to provide the information. However the listing didn’t say so and it’s non refundable as well.

Very peaceful place. It’s great for a group of friends or small family to spend time together.

Our stay was wonderful in Milan’s pocono home. It was great for kids and family. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the lake and scenery. We hope to be back soon!

The stay was phenomenal.. my son turned 10 and absolutely enjoyed the stay .. communication was awesome I completely felt at home I loved it

One thing I can say about the place is it was beautiful and felt very homey. The first floor entrance was nice , it accommodated my family , I did have some inconveniences while I had my stay. The hot water kept shutting off like 5 minutes into showering , we was not able to enjoy the the back yard due to not having lights in the back for the stay so we couldn’t enjoy nature out doors in the night till the day before that it was fixed , to top it off we had to try to make it work while on the phone with the host which it was unsuccessful, some one was supposed to come and didn’t come so we was not able to enjoy the back yard. The day before our last day we was trying to enjoy the hot tub with the fire pit on which was included in our rental coming to find out that it was illegal to turn it on because of a new rule at the community which we wasn’t told by the host and i received a fine of $515.00 which I’m still waiting for the host response because that was not my fault. $43 refunded

Milan’s place was perfect for our family. We had two adults, two teens and four kids 2-9 with us that all enjoyed our weekend! This was a super last minute decision and Milan was so helpful and I’m so glad we decided on his place! The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kids loved the kids bedroom, games and theatre! They have everything you could need to cook with, comfy beds, and every single person loved the place. Our kids said it was their “dream house”. We were all entertained inside the house all weekend and that says a-lot for the age groups we had with us! Cant wait to come back again for a visit but a longer one next time!!

Milan communicated quickly and well, but this property needs maintenance and upkeep. Several issues couldn't be addressed during our stay: 1 of 2 patio chairs was broken and unusable, guest bathroom toilet didn't flush, skeeball game has some broken features and there was only 1 skeeball to use (I was really looking forward to skeeball), broken curtain rod in living room, projector has screen burn. There are other features of the property that affected our stay (2 adults and 1 9.5yo for 1 week) that I wish we realized before we booked. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. There are luggage racks with a fabric shelf system underneath that are supposed to take the place of dressers? but it wasn't a good system for our family. There aren't recreational items to facilitate using the private community amenties: no pool floats, pool towels, boat access, basketball, tennis rackets, etc. Highlights are the kids bunk beds/ reading nook and recliner chairs in basement.

Excellent host and beautiful home. Loved the game room area. Spacious and walking distance to lake. Quiet and relaxing. Since it’s in a gated community, unfortunately we could only enter one way which takes lots of time to get back. Overall, had a wonderful time!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time. The arcade games, the dart board, and home theater kept us occupied when we spent the day inside because of the rain. I also appreciate that you got back to me immediately when I contacted you and solved my issue for me. If that house was for sale, I would have probably wrote you a check! I really loved the layout of the home, it was decorated well, and the surroundings were beautiful. We may try to book this house again next year. Thank you!

Came for a family vacation with my brothers and their wives. Overall we had a great trip, we loved the short walk to the beach, the peaceful surroundings, and the beach/ playground area is an excellent set up for the kids to play safely and have fun without a lot of worry for the adults. Milan was very responsive, we had a few issues and he made them right immediately for us which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were set up as expected, but we expected the place to be a lot more spacious from the pictures — it was actually quite small for the 9 of us. The stairs to the basement (where one of the beds is) are rickety and my husband fell down them the first night. A faucet handle is broken, and the bbq grill did not work very well. The place was missing several items we expected to be there and we didn’t realize we had to purchase amenity badges upon arrival to use the lakes. As soon as we notified Milan of this he immediately responded and made it right.

Our stay at the house was just what we were looking for. Nice private spot with the needed amenities and great location. 5 minutes walk to nearest lake.

Milan’s house was the perfect get away for our family. The lake was just a short walk away and the pools easy to drive to from the house. Our girls loved playing with the games in the basement and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The beds were cozy, house was clean and property was as described on the site. The communication from Milan was great as well.

Milan’s home was amazing I felt right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful. My son had an amazing time hiking, playing at the lake and at the pool. Milian responded to any of my questions within the hour and was a great host. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great experience, would definitely recommend. My family and I stayed for a few days, the location is private and safe. The kids loved the game room, hot tub, and the movie theatre. It’s super clean and has almost everything you’d possibly need for a weekend getaway. Feels like home, and would stay again if in the area.

Great place - everything you need and then some!

We enjoyed our stay at Milan’s Pocono Chalet. The entire home’s decor was lovely—warm and cozy and felt like home. This was a very last minute booking and Milan and his team did everything possible to make our check-in smooth. Our family enjoyed the game room and movie theatre the most. The washer dryer was a great convenience. We made breakfast and dinner at the house everyday. We even had a family of 8 deer come right up to the house! 30-40 min drive to Kalahari and 15 min drive to UTV off roading or Skirmish paintball! Host & team were courteous & responsive.

Great weekend getaway for peace and quiet. Hot tub had an issue but the host was able to send maintenance out in a timely manner to get it fixed. The basement was great for game nights

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. It was easy to relax with the movie theater, hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplace. House was very well equipped, we felt right at home.

It will be more perfect if basement has toilet and sink. Still five star house!

It was a good stay!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the start, the host was incredibly responsive, easygoing, and friendly, which made the whole experience so pleasant. The neighborhood felt very safe, and even though I accidentally woke up the neighbors with my car alarm, they were kind enough to smile and not mind at all. The house itself was perfect—thoughtful details like laundry detergent, a mini bar, and cozy robes in the master bedroom really made us feel at home. The game/theatre room was a huge hit, and of course, the hot tub was the highlight of the stay! Everything was immaculately clean, and the house was incredibly welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely a five-star stay. My friends and I plan on returning, possibly on the summer. Thank you Milan!!

We spent the weekend here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and be close to skiing. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway. Milan was quick to respond and I'd definitely stay here again!
